ProposePay does not participate in project execution, dispute resolution, or negotiation between users.

ProposePay does not handle, store, or process payments of any kind. Any financial transactions between a user and their client occur outside the platform and are solely between those parties.

ProposePay is not a payment provider, wallet, escrow, or mediator.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, exploiting vulnerabilities, or posting harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProposePay is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses resulting from user actions, failed agreements, data errors, or downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new version.
